Warranty & Repairs

The item has a 3 months’ warranty, from the purchase date. To apply for warranty assistance, the consumer must prove the purchase, through receipt or invoice.

Warranty won’t be recognized  in case of third-parties modifications, improper use, inobservance of the maintenance and cleaning instructions, lack of purchase receipt.

Tattini Boots reserves the right to substitute or repair the item at its discretion.

The product  shall be returned only to the authorized retailer who has to check that all the above instructions and requested documents will be provided at the moment of the taking over and has to ask for  the assent of the company.

For hygiene reasons it is required to take care that the returned product is carefully cleaned. Otherwise the warranty won’t be recognized.


The repair of the products under warranty can be repaired without additional costs for the consumers, if all the guidelines and form have been fulfilled and sent. In all the other cases, both in warranty and without, the request of repair can be submitted and the consumer have to accept the related quotation
