Warranty and Returns


The item has a 6 month warranty from the purchase date.

To apply for warranty assistance, the consumer must prove the purchase with a receipt or invoice.  The warranty won’t be recognized in case of a third-party modification, improper use, inobservance of the maintenance and cleaning instructions, or lack of a purchase receipt. The product shall be returned only to the authorized retailer who has to check that all requested documents will be provided.  For hygiene reasons it is required to take care that the returned product is carefully cleaned. Otherwise the warranty won’t be recognized.

Product Sizes that appear within a Black Highlight or incur an additional charge can not be returned due to their classification of semi-custom.

Prior to initiating your return we request photos of the Tattini Boots and Tattini Box to relieve responsibility casted upon the shipping and handling process.

The supplier, Tattini Boots, reserves the right to substitute or repair the item at its discretion.


The customer must notify in writing our company within 7 days of receipt of the product if they would like to exchange for another product. In order for the exchange to be considered, the product has to abide by the above guidelines regarding condition. Exchanges are permitted but returns are not. Shipping costs to exchange will be incurred by the customer.
